Job Description:


Perform financial analysis and reporting to management as needed (variance analysis, cost analysis etc)
Perform month-end accounting activities such as reconciliations and journal entries.
Coordinate with finance team to complete assigned accounting tasks within deadlines.
Generate financial reports and statements to Managers for review.
Analyze financial discrepancies and recommend effective resolutions.
Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement.
Monitor expenditures, analyze revenues and determine budget variances and report the same to management.
Respond to accounting inquiries from management in a timely fashion.
Provide guidance to other Accountants when needed.
Participate in budget preparation and expense management activities for assigned accounts.
Assist in auditing activities by providing necessary information and preparing requested documentations.
Monitor and record financial transactions according to company policies and regulations.
Participation in ERP system implementation.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business growth.
Take active role in preparation of Financial Reports such as Balance Sheet, Cash Flow statement, P&L and any other management reports.


Requirements:


Min. Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance (MBA is advantage)
Certification of ACCA (minimum F7 or DipIFR) , CFA, CIMA is big advantage
Min. 5 years relevant experience in financial & management accounting, 2 years in senior position (Work experience in big 4 audit companies is an advantage)
Exceptional computer skills, including Microsoft Office particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel
Working experience with accounting or ERP software
Good knowledge of English language.
Team player.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Location: Baku, Heydar Aliyev International Airport
Working schedule: full-time (5 days per week)
The company provides service transportation from Koroglu m/s.
