Civil Engineer

Responsibilities:


Communicate effectively with site team members and subcontractors
Coordinate and direct subcontractors on the project site
Supervise daily construction activities in line with design and specifications
Monitor work progress throughout all project phases and report deviations
Take responsibility for on-site health, safety, and environmental compliance
Prepare and submit daily and weekly site progress reports for internal use
Review and verify reports and logs submitted by subcontractors
Manage on-site logistics related to resource allocation and site flow
Track availability and provision of materials at the point of use
Ensure high-quality workmanship is delivered and project standards are maintained
Support the implementation of project schedule and sequencing of work


Education:


Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or related field


Specific areas of expertise:


Site supervision, project coordination, construction detailing


Work experience:


3-5 years of experience in construction site supervision


Language and computer programs knowledge (Microsoft Office):


MS Office, AutoCAD
Azerbaijani – fluent; English – intermediate; Russian – advantage
