Cost Engineer

Location of work: Tbilisi pr.3001, Oscar Business Center

Schedule: 8 hrs / 5 days

Salary: Based on the interview and candidate’s skills.

Key Responsibilities:


Develop and prepare detailed cost estimates for projects, materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor services.
Support the preparation of tender and bid documents with providing detailed pricing breakdowns.
Review vendor and subcontractor quotations and ensure alignment with cost estimates.
Prepare regular cost reports and forecasts for internal and client use.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, procurement, and other departments to gather relevant information.

Qualifications:


Higher education in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Development, or a related field
At least 1 year of experience in Accounting/Finance/Costing
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical skills
Proficiency in mathematics with analytical and critical thinking
Intermediate level of English
ACCA / F2 / F3 certificates
Interpersonal skills & ability to work in team
