Digital Marketing Specialist (Digitalist)

Key Responsibilities:


Campaign Management: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, PPC, and SEO strategies.
SEO & Analytics: Optimize content for search engines and monitor website traffic, using analytics to guide strategy.
Performance Analysis: Track and report on key metrics, adjusting strategies to improve results and ROI.
Growth Hacking: Identify and experiment with new marketing tactics to rapidly grow engagement and conversions.
Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and growth hacking strategies to keep our campaigns fresh and effective.


Qualifications & Skills:


Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Experience: 3+ years in digital marketing or a similar role, preferably in an agency or fast-paced environment.
Skills:

Proficiency in SEO, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
Experience with email marketing, and CRM tools.
Creative thinking and a passion for digital trends and growth hacking techniques.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Knowledge of influencer marketing and experience working with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
Proven experience in testing and implementing innovative marketing techniques to achieve rapid growth.
