What We Expect:
Assisting in preparation of annual work plan including control & track mechanisms of financial transactions with distributors and related customers
Execution periodical distributor audits which include but not limited to stock, cooler and market audit
Execution audits for sales department’s actions regarding Finance and Accounting practices
Participating in review sessions of the audit & monitoring process outputs with sales function periodically
Training Company and distributor employees about the requirements to comply with COA (Chart of authority) in related expertise
Communication with related head office department and follow audit guidelines, update in need.
Preparation and submission of pre and post audit reports timely and properly
Follow-up and help in closing of the findings
Supporting to ensure & maintain COA compliance, and performing necessary updates
Supporting to lead the internal audit processes, from initiation to closure of audit points, by coordinating with relevant functions
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or a related field
Finance management experience in preferably FMCG for 2-3 years
Trade and shopper marketing know-how
Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Power Point Presentations, Power BI and etc.)
Analytical thinking and good communication skills
Advanced level of Azerbaijani and English
Advanced knowledge of Excel (SAP is nice to have)
