Lawyer

Responsibilities:


Prepare legal documents
Conduct legal research and provide legal advice
Ensure compliance with all legal regulations and procedures.
Keep up-to-date with changes in legislation and prepare announcements if requested
Perform other tasks on request from Head of Legal Department


Qualifications:


Bachelor degree in law, Master degree is asset.
1-2 years of experience in as corporate lawyer
Fluent spoken and written (Azerbaijani, English, Russian is asset).
Confident PC user with knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, 1C
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Azerbaijani citizenship.
Ethical conduct and a high level of integrity.
Flexibility to adapt to changes in the business environment.
