Job Description:
Administration and implementation of program strategies, adapting processes and procedures
Supporting the management of the program
Administrative support to the program
Facilitation of knowledge building and knowledge sharing
Analyzing, tracking, and monitoring the progress of startups
Support day-to-day coordination of the program, including sessions, workshops and events
Assist with startup scouting, screening, and tracking their weekly progress
Maintain program documentation, reports, and communication across Google Workspace
Coordinate communication with startups, mentors, and partners
Requirements for the candidate:
Background in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related fields (preferred)
Understanding of startups, scouting, and early-stage ecosystems
Strong communication skills in Azerbaijani and English
Organized, proactive, and comfortable working with tools like Sheets, Drive, and Notion
Interest in innovation, venture building, and working closely with founders
Flexible, open, and initiative-driven team player
Strong sense of responsibility, a proactive attitude, and eagerness to learn
Motivation to work in the startup ecosystem and, ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel
