Proven experience in hotel sales or a similar role, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Manage relationships with corporate clients, event planners, travel agents, and other key accounts.
Conduct site visits, presentations, and negotiations to close group and individual bookings.
Collaborate with marketing to create promotional campaigns and materials.
Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and guest feedback to refine sales tactics.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Coordinate with operations, catering, and front office teams to ensure seamless execution of events and stays.
Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences.
