Science Teacher

Responsibilities:


Teaching science classes to pupils in Primary International School;
Planning and assessing the curriculum delivery for each individual in the class group;
Motivating pupils to engage in learning opportunities and support pupils to build their confidence and self-esteem;
Creating lesson plans, assignments, and assessments;
Grading assignments, tests, and examinations;
Preparing and delivering demonstrations and experiments;
Providing individualized support to pupils who need assistance;
Maintaining a safe laboratory environment and ensuring compliance with safety regulations;
Attending staff meetings, conferences, and workshops to enhance teaching skills and knowledge;
Classroom (behavior) management;
Motivating, challenging and inspiring students;
Ensuring pupils` safety in the classroom.


Requirements:

Background:


Bachelor`s degree in Science;
1+ years of experience as a Science teacher;
Experience in working at İnternational/English speaking schools is a plus;
Experience in working with Cambridge/Edexcel exam boards is a plus.
