Senior Auditor

Responsibilities


Taking part in Audit projects under the International Standards in Auditing
Assisting clients in preparation of financial statements under the International Financial Reporting Standards
Conduct audit/review procedures on clients’ accounting and control systems
Manage the auditor team٫ allocating responsibilities and reviewing the team's performance
Management of audit deadlines
Preparing reports to audit managers
Optimizing the audit process to increase compliance and efficiency
Establish working relationships with client personnel
Perform analytical review of audit documents
Identify accounting and auditing issues
Perform research to solve issues that arise
Performs other duties as assigned
Take part in team work for formulating conclusions and recommendations


Requirements


A graduate/master degree from university with major in finance, accounting, economics and business
Strong command of spoken and written Azeri and English
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft office
Strong communication and team working skills
Flexibility to travel to Azerbaijan regions and abroad
Proactive approach and ability to prioritize different tasks
Ability to work under tight deadlines and multitask
Certifications are preferable (ACCA, CPA, CIA, CFA, DipIFR) 
2 and more years of related experience
Availability for overtime work and tough deadlines.
