Job Requirements:
Age: 21–28
Language: Fluent in Azerbaijani
Education: Higher education (Bachelor’s degree or above)
Work Experience: At least 1 year in call center operations is preferred
Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office programs (especially Word and Excel)
Skills & Abilities:
Strong telephone communication and active listening skills
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to log incoming calls into the application
Capability to analyze problems correctly and direct to the relevant service
Monitoring timely resolution of inquiries and making follow-up calls when needed
Completing tasks assigned by management on time
Clear and accurate pronunciation, good diction, and polite communication skills
Ability to work with customer service software, CRM systems, and related tools
Ability to work in shifts
Benefits:
Official employment according to the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan
Salary: 800 AZN (overtime will be paid additionally)
