Junior Financial Reporting Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities:


Assisting with the reporting and reconciliation of work plans, processing financial transactions and keeping track of time spent working and money spent.
Maintaining accounts receivable, document bills and supporting documentation
Maintaining accounts payable, ensure timely payment of invoices, confirming validity of the debt and gathering appropriate signatures
Updating financial records via accounting software
Gathering payroll expenses and input into appropriate entry line
Preparing quarterly budget under the purview of senior management
Analyzing financial statements and prepare balance sheets


Requirements:


Relevant experience is not needed in financial and management accounting.
Proficiency in using spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel)
Communication and Documentation: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to document financial transactions clearly and concisely.

Further Information About the Work:


Reporting: Report to the Specialist/Financial Reporting Senior.
Working Hours: Working hours will start from 09:30 AM till 06:00 PM, five days a week.
