Mathematics Teacher

Role Description


This is a full-time, on-site role located in Baku for a Mathematics Teacher. The Mathematics Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, developing comprehensive curriculum materials, and fostering a supportive learning environment. Day-to-day tasks include preparing lesson plans, teaching mathematics to a diverse group of students, assessing student progress, and aligning teaching strategies with educational standards. Collaboration with colleagues and active participation in school initiatives will also be required.


Qualifications


Strong knowledge and expertise in Mathematics and Mathematics Education
Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development
Certified or Qualified Teacher with relevant teaching credentials
Ability to foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Previous teaching experience, especially in mathematics, is highly preferred
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field
Commitment to students' growth and continual professional development
