Middle System Administrator

Responsibilities:


Design and implement systems administration solutions for various projects.
Collaborate with different vendors to offer optimal solutions to clients.
Install and configure server and storage hardware.
Proactively monitor system performance and perform capacity planning.
Ensure compliance with security standards.
Create and maintain documentation for servers and services.


Migrate on-premise services to cloud platforms, including:


File server to SharePoint and OneDrive.
Exchange server to Exchange Online.
Active Directory to EntraID.


Requirements:


Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with
Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and File Services.
M365 services: EntraID, SharePoint, Teams, and Exchange Online.
Apache, Nginx, MySQL, DNS, NTP...
VMware vSAN and SAN Storage.
Strong knowledge of server hardware and storage.
Understanding of server and application backup concepts.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
