Main duties:
Answering phone calls and responding to emails from customers who are interested in making reservations or have questions about reservations.
Providing customers with information about the hotel’s accommodation options, rates and amenities.
Processing reservations, cancellations and modifications using reservation software.
Collecting and processing payments from guests.
Communicating with other departments to ensure that guests’ requests are met.
Updating and maintaining customer information in the reservation system.
Handles other daily correspondence.
Candidate requirements:
Communication skills - guests will need to come to you with concerns as well as compliments, so you’ll be easy to talk to
Your problem-solving skills will turn issues into opportunities, so every guest leaves with great memories.
Fluency in the local language – Russian and English language skills are preferable.
Literate and tech-savvy - you’ll need a good grasp of reading, writing, basic math, and computer skills.
