Security manager for Corporate center

Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Security Manager to oversee and enhance security operations at our corporate center, supporting our global portfolio of hotels.

Responsibilities:


Developing and implementing robust security strategies and policies to protect the company’s assets, employees and facilities
Conducting regular security assessments, audits and inspections to identify gaps and areas for improvement
Lead, train and supervise a team of security personnel, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure integration of security requirements into business processes and projects
Manage access control systems, surveillance equipment and other security technologies to ensure proper functioning and effectiveness
Maintain strong relationships with external partners, such as law enforcement agencies and security vendors, to enhance security capabilities


Qualifications:


Higher education in the relevant field
5 years of experience in International Brand Security
Proficiency in security assessments, audits and investigations at a large scale
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
