Requirements


A bachelors degree in computer science, mathematics, or a similar area of study is preferred.
Demonstrated ability in Data mining working with large relational databases; strong proficiency in SQL for querying and managing large datasets
Proficiency in PowerBI (Tableau or similar BI tools) for dashboard creation, BI documentation management, and reporting.
Proficiency in Python for data analytics and automation.
Solid understanding of statistics and business analytics principles.
Proven experience creating and managing Enterprise level dashboards, or dashboards with various stakeholders.
Ability to simplify complex analyses into actionable insights and present them effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in conducting business analysis to capture requirements from non-technical partners.
Proficiency in Azerbaijani, English. Knowledge of Russian is an asset


Responsibilities


Analyze large, complex datasets and deliver actionable insights to support business decisions.
Apply advanced statistical and mathematical methods to ensure accurate and meaningful analysis.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business objectives into data-driven solutions.
Work closely with BAs, SMEs and other stakeholders to understand business logic and align analysis with targeted KPIs.
Extract, transform and load data from different data sources to tools used for analysis and visualization. Use SQL and Python interchangeably to wrangle and clean data effectively.
Create, manage, and maintain Business Intelligence (BI) documents such as reports, dashboards, and analytical summaries.
Develop and manage dashboards and reports using tools like PowerBI, Tableau ensuring data is easy to interpret and visualize.
Support junior analysts with challenges related to SQL, Python, and dashboarding tools, offering mentorship when needed.
Present data findings and recommendations clearly to non-technical audiences, ensuring insights drive strategic decisions.

5+ years of professional experience, 3+ years of experience in large set (bank, telecom, retail company, statistic, market data, tax, government, exp in satisfied in different requirements with data
