Head of Marketing

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts. This role is critical in driving brand awareness, increasing market share, and enhancing customer engagement across our restaurant and catering services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for creating innovative marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:


Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our restaurants, catering services, and premium chocolate boutiques.
Lead and inspire a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Analyse market trends and customer insights to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities.
Oversee the creation of engaging content for digital platforms, including social media, email marketing, and our website.
Manage advertising and promotional campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and target audiences.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent brand message and customer experience across all touchpoints.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to refine strategies.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and media contacts.


Qualifications:


Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Knowledge of food industry preferred.
Proven track record of developing successful marketing campaigns that drive brand growth and customer engagement.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
Analytical mindset with experience in market research and performance analysis, with a keen understanding of industry trends.
