Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate the cleaners and drivers to maintain a clean office and reliable transportation services.
Organize and manage office supplies, ensuring inventory levels are maintained.
Facilitate business trips for employees and management, including hotel bookings, ticket reservations, and visa support.
Purchase kitchen supplies such as tea, coffee, water, and snacks.
Serve as the primary contact for all office-related inquiries.
Implement and maintain office procedures to enhance efficiency.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and operations.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in office administration or a similar role in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with effective prioritization abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
Fluency in Azerbaijani and English; additional languages are a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
Familiarity with travel management and vendor negotiation processes.
Attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of organization.
