Restaurant Manager

Location: Baku, Azerbaijan

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager who can effectively lead a team, manage daily operations, and ensure high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:


Organize and manage daily restaurant operations
Lead, supervise, and motivate the staff
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Increase sales and maintain service quality
Control inventory and product supply
Prepare reports and present them to management
Monitor hygiene and service standards


Requirements:


Minimum 3 years of experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
Strong leadership and management skills
Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively
Teamwork and communication skills
Knowledge of Azerbaijani and Russian (English is an advantage)
