Marketing Project Manager

Role Overview:

We’re hiring a Marketing Project Manager to lead and execute TREVA’s full marketing strategy — from social media and digital campaigns to brochures, events, and branding. This role requires fluent English and a proven ability to work with international stakeholders and partners, acting as a key link between the sales, marketing, and development teams.

Key Responsibilities:


Lead 360° marketing strategies across TREVA and its real estate projects.
Take full ownership of TREVA’s brand presence, including social media, website, digital ads, listings, and content.
Manage collaboration between marketing, sales, developers, and international partners.
Coordinate campaign planning, content production, and PR/media communication.
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, paid media, social).
Track KPIs, leads, and ROI; optimize campaigns accordingly.
Oversee marketing assets — brochures, presentations, signage, and branding.
Organize real estate promotional events, exhibitions, and open houses.
Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and communication.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine strategies.


Requirements:


3+ years of experience in marketing project management (real estate, agency, or related fields).
Fluency in English is a must — you will regularly communicate with international stakeholders.
Strong leadership, planning, and coordination skills.
Proven experience with social media, digital marketing, and lead generation.
Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
Knowledge of real estate and/or property marketing is a strong plus.
