HR Mütəxəssisi

Key Responsibilities:


Conduct the HR documentation process, including managing vacations and timesheets.
Submit labor contracts through the EMAS system.
Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
Implement HR policies and procedures.
Support employee relations and address any HR-related inquiries.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Enter all employee-related information into the SAP system.
Assist in performance management and employee development initiatives.


Requirements:


Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in an HR role.
Experience in hospitality is an advantage.
Proficiency in Azerbaijani, Russian, and English
Experience with SAP and the EMAS system.
Good knowledge of the Labor Code of the Azerbaijan Republic.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
