Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to establish and lead the HR department from the ground up. The ideal candidate will be responsible for all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and policy development. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs.
Manage the full recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Create and manage employee development plans, training programs, and performance reviews.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
Develop and maintain a positive work environment to enhance employee engagement and retention.
Monitor HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, employee satisfaction) and suggest improvements.
Support management with strategic planning and organizational development.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 3-5 years of experience in HR management or a similar role.
Knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Professional working proficiency in English
